innerdance sound journeys
Join us for an immersive, sonic adventure through different states of consciousness that expands our innate capacity to experience the world with greater depth, connection, and wonder.
Each session includes a brief orientation to the experience, an hour long innerdance journey during which you simply lie down and close your eyes, and post-journey integration. . .including snacks and time to connect with each other.
After experiencing a sound journey, many people report better sleep, more balanced energy, insights into their work or relationships, and greater clarity that lasts a few days.

Sacred Garage Gatherings
Join us for a gathering at the Sacred Garage at our home in Santa Fe! These gatherings incorporate poetry, breathwork, sound journeys, and creative expression in various forms. The idea behind the gatherings and the space itself is to provide a place of sanctuary & quiet vision amidst times of tumult and intensity.
