What to Expect
We’ve designed and curated this journey to enliven your senses, reawaken your capacity for full-body listening, and lead you on a magical, always surprising, journey into consciousness.
In practice, you’ll simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sounds, scents, rhythms, and frequencies to move through you.
Some people experience visions.
Some are taken to pivotal moments in their lives.
Some feel vibrations and energy moving through their body.
Some move into a place of deep surrender and relaxation.
Some experience all of that!
Our intention is to provide a safe, gentle invitation to release tension, move into the summer season with new energy, and explore what’s possible when we allow our senses to take the lead.
Your Facilitators
Meghan Godin is a sensorial designer, curious by nature, seeking harmony and serenity in every detail of her work and creative process through her design studio, GODIN. Scent has been a passion of hers for a very long time and has been deeply and personally impacted by its healing benefits. She studied aromatherapy with Amy Galper of NY Institute of Aromatherapy and has since been working with scent alchemists creating scent-scapes for hotels, homes, and brands.
Michael Kass is a facilitator and convening designer who has been offering breathwork, energy medicine, and sound journeys in person and online since. . .a long time. He’s constantly amazed by the power of sound, breath, and our senses to open new layers of awareness and offer doorways for shift, transformation, and deep connection.
